I’ve spent over a decade blending creativity, strategy, and soul - from events to content creation to launching a movement around what it means to lead with softness and strength.
The S.O.F.T. Method™ was born from my own journey of burnout, rebirth, and realignment. I know what it’s like to feel stuck between purpose and pressure… and now, I help women rewrite that story.
